WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We are an international brand with southern hospitality and superior customer service is one of our core tenets. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund in the original form of payment or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 14 DAYS. EXPRESS SHIPPING COSTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached and items must be shipped back with the original invoice. Items purchased from agphillips.com cannot be returned to any of the boutiques carrying AG Phillips merchandise.
Please note we do not accept returns on merchandise that was purchased on sale. All sales on merchandise that was purchased on sale are final.
Upon receipt of returned goods, AG Phillips reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You may check the status of your order even if you are not a registered user by clicking on My Account in the upper right-hand corner of the site. You will need to provide the order number and billing post code. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. In addition, we will send you an email when your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number for your package.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE A GIFT I RECEIVED?
If you would like to return merchandise you received as a gift that was purchased on agphillips.com, the original form of payment will be refunded that was submitted by the person who placed the gift order. Please contact AG Customer Service by email at email@example.com

HOW CAN I RETRIEVE MY PASSWORD?
Please go to the My Account section and click on the Forgot Password link. Please enter the email address you used to sign into your account and we’ll send you a temporary password to that email address. Once you have logged in using your temporary password, go to the Personal Data section of the My Account page and change your password to something that you will remember.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO MAKE AN ONLINE PURCHASE?
No, you may check-out without creating an account, just click the “Continue Checkout” button to continue as a guest. Accounts are helpful for those who wish to store billing information.
DOES AG PHILLIPS TAKE TELEPHONE ORDERS?
No, at this time AG Phillips does not take orders by phone.
WHICH CREDIT CARDS DOES AG PHILLIPS ACCEPT?
Agphillips.com accepts American Express, Visa, and MasterCard. Agphillips.com currently does not accept checks, cash or money orders.
WHAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH AN AG PHILLIPS PRODUCT?
AG Phillips is happy to handle repairs (free of charge) which result from a manufacturing defect; however, we cannot handle repairs that are the result of normal wear and tear. If you believe that there is a defect in materials and/or workmanship, for fastest results you should follow the return instructions and return the item within 14 days of the delivery date and. If you wish to have us repair your item, contact AG Phillips Customer Service by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
for instructions on how to return the item to our offices for inspection. We will repair or replace your item free of charge if we determine, upon inspection, that the damage is due to a manufacturing defect. Typical turn-around time is three to four weeks.
WHAT IS A “PRE-ORDER”?
Pre-ordering is a great way to reserve items ahead of their release, ensuring you will receive the size and style you desire. Once you place a pre-order online, the product will be shipped the moment it arrives at the AG Phillips warehouse. Your credit card will not be charged until it is shipped to you. Please note: all pre-orders will automatically be shipped via ground delivery. We will try to ship pre-orders together when possible.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY “PRE-ORDER”?
Pre-orders will ship the moment they arrive at the AG Phillips warehouse. The expected shipping date is noted on the product description page and is subject to change.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?
In the United States: We ship FedEx Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. We cannot guarantee next day air shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and other U.S. territories. Shipping does not reflect holiday delivery schedule. 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air shipping are not available for Saturday deliveries. Shipping is not available to post office boxes. All orders will take 2-3 days to process and ship from the AG Phillips warehouse. All domestic AG Phillips packages are shipped via FedEx and we offer three different shipping options for delivery within the United States:
Ground (5 to 7 business days) – Complimentary
2nd Day Air (2 business days) – $25
Next Day Air (1 business day) – $35
